Kimberly HendersonWhat a hidden gem just outside of Craig, Montana! We recently brought a group of 11 to Hidden Canyon Lodge, and it was an incredible experience from beginning to end. The lodge sits right on the river in the most beautiful, picturesque setting. The rooms are quaint, comfortable, and so thoughtfully curated for guests. They also have a lodge house that offers a little more privacy while still being perfect for a larger group. Between the outdoor porch, the fires throughout the property, and the incredible views, there are plenty of places to relax and enjoy being in Montana. The main lodge is charming and such a great gathering spot for breakfast and dinner. And the food is SO good! Every dinner was fantastic, complete with amazing wine pairings that made each meal feel special. As wonderful as the property is, though, the people are truly what make Hidden Canyon Lodge so special. Madi was amazing to work with from start to finish and does an incredible job with the food. Kelsey was such a pleasure to work with and was wonderful with everyone in our group. She is incredibly kind and did such a great job curating the wine pairings for each dinner. And Brandi is an absolute ray of sunshine, especially when you’re up early getting ready to head out for a day of fishing! Our entire group had such a great experience. Hidden Canyon Lodge is one of those places that you leave already talking about when you can come back. We loved our stay and are already planning our next trip out!Posted on Google

Kirk WigintonThis Lodge is amazing in every facet. The rooms were the perfect size for 2 people. They were clean, equipped with everything you need and are masterfully decorated. The dining experience was amazing. Mattie and her entire team are professional and treat their guests very nicely. The meals are 5 star, served with a personality, wine pairings were spot on, and service is next to none. Before dinner is just as professional with the bar helpers serving tasty craft cocktails and the lady that served the charcuterie board is an artist. The other couples we met are outstanding. Spending 2 dinners together we felt like we have been lifetime friends. This is the special recipe that Mattie and her staff have created, a family setting with wonderful people enjoying Hidden Canyon Lodge. The fishing was also a 5 star experience. Our guide Brian…do request his guidance, was a fly fishing mentor. He knew when to encourage changes to your style to help you become a better fisherman. The complete experience, the breath taking scenery, the river, and yes many beautiful rainbows and brown trout were caught, and released. It was a perfect day just absorbing living life to its fullest. My wife and I are lucky people to been introduced to Mattie, her team, and the Hidden Canyon Lodge. We were so sad to leave but we already have thoughts developing to return next year with our family. I highly recommend and will on every occasion I can. See y’all soon. Mike HowellThis was the fourth year I have stayed with the great people at Hidden Canyon Lodge. The friendly people and great service would bring anyone back. The food is always been great adding the snacks with drinks before dinner you will have a hard time eating the wonderful deserts. The day lunches they pack are first class as well. Very clean rooms and location makes the lodge the place to stay on the Missouri. I am booked for next year with my buddies.Posted on Google
